PLUS ONE MOMENTS
HAHIRA–Beth: A new patient from Harvey’s came by after we had been filling for her for a few weeks to let us know how special we make her feel. She said that she never had that type of service at Harvey’s. She was feeling very depressed one day (due to COVID) and she stopped at the drive thru. Bre complimented her and she was moved to tears.
WENDY: In my new position here I was able to teach a diabetic class. Following the class I was able to speak with several people about supplements and vitamins. It was very rewarding to be able to help these patients. (And, Wendy, Patrick is very happy to have you in your position)
EMPLOYEE MOMENTS
Stephanie, a new FIS is training with us in Hahira. Jennifer, also a new FIS, is training with us in Adel. Please give them a warm welcome.
EMPLOYEE PAGE
We are still in the process of setting up the Chancy Drugs employee page on everyone’s computers. The new page is a new way for us to communicate important messages to all team members.
PIONEER
Dale will be on-site next week. We already have several key areas we want to talk with him about. Please get with your team to get a list of questions they may have. Have this list to Carin by Monday so they can be organized and ready for Dale.

GRITS Integration
We are finalizing this now. We have discovered that if the name of the patient in our system does not match exactly to how it is put in GRITS, it will not integrate completely.
FLU SHOTS
We are currently giving flu shots. Kristen and Patrick are working to complete the workflow process. Make sure your protocol is posted in your stores. If you cannot locate the protocol that was sent to you in January, please let Carin know. The Flu VIS is located on the GRITS website.
The HD Vaccine is to be given to everyone over the age of 65. These run through insurance a bit differently, so make sure you are pulling the correct vaccine to bill.
MERGING PATIENTS IN PIONEER
LTC is currently working with a student to merge all LTC patients in Pioneer. One of the things that is making this difficult is that the profiles may have different addresses.
