FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH IS THE LAST DAY TO PLACE YOUR ORDER.
What You Need to Know:
- All shirts will be Comfort Colors brand t-shirts.
- Short sleeve and long sleeve options are available.
- We have two design options for you to choose from.
- The company covered the cost of the initial short sleeve red shirt that all staff received during pharmacy week.
- For this order, employees are responsible for the cost of shirts ordered.
- The total cost of your individual order will be deducted from the November 27th payroll check.
- The deadline to place your order is Friday, November 6th.
Pricing Info:
- Red Short Sleeve $10 each
- Red Long Sleeve $13 each
- White Short Sleeve $12 each
- White Long Sleeve $15 each
