If you don't currently have a primary care provider or a provider who offers compounded medication options, we can help connect you with a licensed telehealth provider for an evaluation.

Telehealth is available as a convenient option for patients who need access to a qualified healthcare provider. During your consultation, the provider will review your medical history, discuss your health goals, and determine whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you. If treatment is medically appropriate, they can send your prescription directly to Chancy Drugs for compounding.

Our telehealth service is intended to improve access to care—not replace the relationship you have with your primary care provider. We encourage patients to continue working with their healthcare team whenever possible.

  • If the provider determines treatment is appropriate, your prescription can be sent directly to Chancy Drugs.
  • Our compounding pharmacists will prepare your customized medication and provide ongoing support.
