Q: What if I wish to decline benefits?
A: If you wish to decline coverage, you must register at https://gpha.benefitconnector.com/ and decline all lines of coverage.

Q: What should I do if I'm currently enrolled, and don't want to make any changes?
A: If you wish to have dental and vision coverage in 2021, you must complete the dental and vision portion online. Our dental and vision carrier is changing, therefore any employee wanting dental and vision coverage for 2021 must complete this portion of open enrollment registration online.

Q: Can I make changes after Open Enrollment?
After open enrollment, you cannot make changes to your coverage during the year unless you experience a Qualifying Event, such as:

  • Loss or gain of coverage through your spouse
  • Loss of eligibility of a covered dependent
  • Death of your covered spouse or child
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Marriage, divorce or legal separation
  • Switch from part-time employment to full-time employment

You have 30 days from a Qualifying Event to make changes to your current coverage.
