MOULTRIE – Jessica: A patient came in with questions on Med D. We answered his questions and then realized that he had a script that had not been filled. After calling several pharmacies in Moultrie, we found the drug, and we were able to get it filled for him.
CHANCY RX LOCAL APP
The RX Local app is up and running and most of our team members have completed the training. Pharmacists, please be on the lookout for a report of your team mates who have not completed the training. All team members should download the app and create a profile. They should also take a minute to give the app a 5 star rating. The goal of people using the app is so they don’t need to call the pharmacy quite so often. Read more about the app and complete the training here.
RX LOCAL APP CONTEST
We have started a new contest for our retail stores to help encourage our patients to start using the RX Local app. Our company goal is 2,500 patients (about 15%) using the app by January 15. The contest rules and details on prizes you're eligible to win can be found here .
MED D
Remember to continue to send in your pink slips. Open enrollment ends December 7th. We have a whole team ready to help answer patient’s questions on Med D.
FLU VACCINES
Talk with your patients about getting their flu shots. Every patient should be asked. We have recently received High Dose vaccines, as well, and a box of high dose will be sent to your pharmacy today.
CHANCY DRUGS HEALTH INSURANCE
The open enrollment for insurance through Chancy Drugs ends TOMORROW!. Everyone must log in to Open Enrollment even if you are declining insurance. If you have any questions, please contact Rachel immediately.
THANKSGIVING
- We will be serving you a BBQ lunch on Wednesday at noon. Thank you for all you do.
- We will be closed on Thanksgiving, and open on Friday from 9am until 1pm. We will be open regular hours on Saturday.
- Remember to keep a close eye on your will-call during this holiday time. Also remember to call your LTC and compound patients so they can pick up their meds before the holiday.
AMAZON
Amazon is now fully in the pharmacy. We need to continue to remind our patients how important they are to us. We are providing a service they will not get with Amazon. Each of our team members plays a vital role in keeping patients at Chancy Drugs.
