Reminder: If you haven't completed your employee app education, please do so by November 18th. You can find the employee app education here.
- When is the contest? The RX Local app contest will take place November 19th through January 15th.
- What's the goal? Our company wide goal is to have 2,500 patients register for the RX Local app by January 15th.
- Why 2,500 patients? This number represents roughly 15% of the total number of patients we have filled prescriptions for in the past 90 days.
- Who is participating? This contest is for our retail stores (Hahira, Adel, Valdosta, Lake Park and Moultrie). Each store will participate as a team. The Valdosta store and compounding pharmacy are considered one total team.
- How do we play? It's simple!
- Encourage your patients to download the RX Local app and create an account.
- Every employee in your store must download the app and create an account.
- What does the patient need to do? The patient must do all of the following to count in your pharmacy's numbers.
- Download the RX Local app
- Create an account in RX Local
- Select your pharmacy location as their pharmacy preference inside the app. If they do not select your pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy in the app, the preferred pharmacy may automatically default to the last Chancy Drugs location where they had a prescription filled.
- What do we win? Your team has many chances to win prizes!
- First team to 250 patients using the app
Pizza party lunch for your entire store! - First team to 500 patients using the app
A brand new Keurig K-Cafe Coffee, Latte and Cappuccino Maker for your store! Also included, a 60 count of assorted K-cups to get you started! - First team to 750 patients using the app
Car wash gift certificates ($12 value) for every team member in your retail store. - Grand Prize
In order for a grand prize to be given to any team, the company-wide goal of registering 2,500 patients (company-wide) on the app must be met by January 15th.- On January 15th, the store that has enrolled the largest percentage of active patients will be awarded the grand prize.
- Each member of the winning team (retail store) will receive a $50 Visa gift card.

- How do we know how many patients our team has signed up on the app? Numbers will be posted on the employee page daily before noon. We will also report numbers on the Thursday conference call each week.
