Beginning Wednesday, February 24th, Chancy Drugs will be offering Covid-19 testing at the Chancy Drugs Hahira location.
Here's what you need to know:
What we are offering: Drive-up rapid Covid-19 antigen testing
When: Testing will be offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 am until 1 pm.
Where: Testing will be available at our Chancy Drugs Hahira location only. Testing will be performed in designated parking spaces located in front of the Chancy Drugs Solutions Center building (the building behind the Hahira pharmacy). Encourage patients to look for Covid-19 Testing signage when they arrive to the Hahira location.
Who: We are offering testing to anyone age 13 and over.
How much does it cost? The cost of the test is $95. We are unable to accept insurance at this time for Covid-19 testing, however, we are providing the necessary documentation for patients to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Is there a discount for Chancy Drugs staff? Chancy Drugs staff and their household members (age 13 and up) may receive a Covid-19 test for $40.
How to schedule an appointment: Patients may schedule an appointment online at chancydrugs.com. Look for the red button near the top section of our homepage that says "schedule a Covid-19 Test".
Is an appointment required? Appointments are strongly encouraged, but we will accept drive-up patients for testing, as well.
How are test results received? Someone from Chancy Drugs will contact the patient via phone with their test results within one hour of the patient being tested. At the patient's request, we will provide documentation of the official test result via email. A hard copy test result may also be available for pick up from the Chancy Drugs Solutions Center, should the patient prefer it.
